The article presents the results of a survey of foreign students enrolled in the program of pre-master’s and pre-PhD training at the Preparatory Department at Tomsk Polytechnic University, conducted to determine the level of satisfaction with their educational program, the learning outcomes. The article discusses the experience of analyzing the results obtained and using the obtained data in methodological work, possible options for improving curricula and the educational program of pre-master and pre-PhD training of foreign citizens.
